Today, we’re going to talk about what it means to lead change by using some of the concepts shared by Amy Edmondson in her book, The Fearless Organization: Creating Psychological Safety in the Workplace for Learning, Innovation, and Growth.
The Old Way of Leadership
Traditionally, the boss is the one who has all the power in the workplace. He or she has all the answers, gives the marching orders, and assesses others’ performance. The rest just do what they’re told.
