CityLead started in 2014 at Boca Raton Community Church when Pastor Bill Mitchell saw an opportunity for the church to speak into the business community of South Florida. We started with a vision to raise the bar of character and ethics in Boca Raton and it really caught on. We began hosting 50+ organizations every month including all types of industries. We’ve hosted 7,000 individual people in 7 years and we’re bringing this model to cities around the US.

Pastor & SpeakerBill Mitchell serves as Senior Pastor at Boca Raton Community Church, following a previous career in commercial and residential real estate for 25 years. He facilitates monthly CityLead events focused on developing ethical business practices, challenging professional men and women across the US to transform their communities through the workplace. In addition, through his travels to over 85 countries since 2011, he has strategically mentored more than 100 leaders of multiple global non-profit agencies in their leader development skills.
